El 20 de Abril de 1992 acaeció uno de los mas grandes eventos musicales de la historia del Rock en el London Wembley Stadium. El concierto homenaje a Freddie Mercury para el conocimiento del sida con numerosos invitados.

El concierto homenaje a Freddie Mercury contiene la segunda parte de 105 minutos de duración del evento. Los restantes miembros de Queen, Brian May, John Deacon y Roger Taylor fueron acompañados con en sus mas grande éxitos por diferentes músicos de diferentes géneros. Impresionantes actuaciones con el cantante de The Who Roger Daltrey y el guitarra de Black Sabbath, Tony Iommi ("I Want It All"), Robert Plant de Led Zeppelin ("Crazy Little Thing Called Love"), Def Leppard-Joe Elliott y Slash de Guns N'Roses ("Tie Your Mother Down"), Metallica James Hetfield y Tony Iommi ("Stone Cold Crazy") y Lisa Stansfield ("I Want To Break Free"), todo fue impresionante. Pero también momentos mas calmos Paul Young ("Radio Ga Ga"), David Bowie y la voz de Eurythmics-Annie Lennox ("Under Pressure"), Elton John ("Bohemian Rhapsody", "The Show Must Go On") y un muy especial George Michael ("'39", "These Are The Days Of Our Life", "Somebody To Love") que te tumba. Los momentos mas emocionantes fueron con Brian May, y su solo de la canción de despedida, "Too Much Love Will Kill You".
